This project is based on Excel where I have made a Dashboard for HR to manage their employee easily with the help of different filters and sliders and HR can do an analysis of the retention of employee in the company

In this project, my role is to analyze the IPL dataset and give insight that which team will win and in the next match what factors can increase the winning percentages of any team. For this, I have created different types of graphs and bar graphs to analyze the data.
